There are many Agent conferences. This one is truly yours. No sponsor shaped the programme, every talk was curated for the people in the room.

    Arriving

Doors and registration opened at 08:00. Please aim to arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 AM so you have enough time to find the venue, check in, grab some tea or coffee, meet a few people and get seated.

The programme starts at 9:00 AM sharp. Our agenda is very tight, so we cannot delay the start. Please don't plan to arrive at 9:00 itself.

There will be tea, coffee and freshly baked pastries before the programme starts.

    Getting here

Finding Everyman can be a little tricky if you haven't been there before. If you can get to Canary Wharf Elizabeth line station, you are 80% there.

If you are coming by Jubilee, DLR or car, head to the Elizabeth line station first and follow the video from there. Please watch it before you travel and allow a little extra time for the walk.

    Registration and badges

Registration is on the left-hand side when you arrive at Everyman. You will get your badge and lanyard there. Please wear your badge throughout the day.

Arriving later? Don't worry. James, Gloria (our Associates), Shashi, or a member of the Everyman team will guide you to the right screen.

    Social area

The bar is the social area throughout the day, for networking.

Between sessions, you can watch our Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Talks, short AI-generated conversations between two AI agents: /agent-to-agent

    Speaker area

There is a dedicated speaker area close to registration, for speakers to prepare, meet and take a break. Please respect speakers' privacy when they are busy.

    Lunch and drinks

Lunch is Everyman's special pizzas, with different pizza options and drinks, and plenty to go around. We have kept it simple to keep the organiser's cognitive load (and dietary requirements) under control.

Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

If you have a serious allergy or a specific dietary requirement, let us know and we will do our best to help.

    Questions and Q&A

There is dedicated Q&A time in each session. One question per person, per talk, and please keep it focused and concise.

Long questions, personal work problems, or questions mainly there to promote yourself will be discouraged.

Come curious, come prepared, and don't be afraid to ask the difficult question.

    Photography and content

There will be official photography and some official video recording.

The conference is not a content creation spot for marketing. Please don't film or create content involving other attendees or speakers without their consent.

    Phones, laptops and work

Please keep your phone on silent during talks.

Laptops are absolutely fine, just be mindful of people around you. If you need to work for a while, feel free to step aside and do it when appropriate.

    Seating

We are fully booked and it will be busy, but there will be seats for everyone. Please take your seat a few minutes before each session so we can keep the programme on time.
