Optional support

Support Agent Engineering London

Agent Engineering London is a one-day technical conference on 16 October 2026 at Everyman, Canary Wharf. Sponsorship is optional. It helps cover the cost of the day when a company wants to support this kind of room.

We keep the list small and expectations modest: clear credit on the site, in the programme, and with the community. If full sponsorship is not the right fit, there are lighter ways to help, such as recordings, refreshments, or an after-party.

Primary way to support

Founding Sponsor

The main path for companies that want to stand with the founding edition. Digital credit, presence in the room, and community visibility. We take a limited number of founding sponsors so each name stays visible.

Terms are confirmed when you enquire.

Lighter support

Other ways to get involved

If a full founding sponsorship is not the right fit, you can still support a specific part of the day. These are arranged case by case, depending on the venue and the programme.

Recording support

Help with filming, editing, or publishing the talks. Credit on the released recordings and related posts.

Refreshments

Support morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon tea so the room stays fed without a heavy package.

After-party / drinks

Support an evening gathering after the talks, if we run one. Useful if you want hallway time without a full conference package.

London ecosystem

Preference for London-rooted companies

AgentEng London grows out of the London Agentic AI community. For this founding edition we give preference to companies and startups rooted in London and the wider UK: teams building here, hiring here, or already active in this ecosystem.

Partners elsewhere remain welcome when there is a clear technical fit with the room.

Technical fit

Who this works best with

We look for partners whose products sit next to production agent work.

Typical partners

  • Agent infrastructure, runtimes, and harnesses
  • Developer tools and coding agents
  • Evals, observability, and agent telemetry
  • Memory, retrieval, and vector databases
  • Inference, serving, and model platforms
  • Cloud and compute partners for agentic workloads

If you are not sure, get in touch. We will say if the room is a fit.
